125.00-Includes initial history and exam, Cardiovascular Screening with EKG/Max Pulse, and Rx (costs not included). Labs may be necessary and are not included in costs. Bring your gym key for a 15% discount!
Subsequent visits are 80.00 per visit monthly for counseling and prescription refills.

This program utilizes health coaching, a comprehensive nutrition/education program, meal replacement products, and great community support. This program is all done online and over the phone! Great option for busy individuals and can be used in conjunction with our medical weight loss services as well! Great program for those who have “tried it all’.
